Build/Fall is an installation in the NOIR Window Gallery by artist Cristal Johnson.

Johnson examines the ways that unstable substances are regarded within contemporary practice in order to discuss how we perceive materially that moves between contingent and defined outcomes.

The work features 3 wax plates suspended from the ceiling which over the course of the exhibition may change in shape, viscosity, texture or position.
